At NN Running Team, you can return items within 30 days.
How do I return an item?
Online purchases from NN Running Team can be returned within 30 days. The items to be returned must be unused and unworn, with the attached price tags, and returned in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for the same (shipping) costs as with the initial shipment. These costs can be paid through the return portal, which varies by country. You can easily initiate a return through the return portal: https://nnrunningteam.montareturns.com/
Here, you will enter your email address and order number, and then select which products you wish to return.
Upon arrival of the package, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Please attach the provided NN Running Team return form from the portal (with address and barcode) to the package and send it via the carrier of your choice.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, immediate item exchange is not possible. The quickest way to receive your desired item is to place a new order and return the other order to us.
Return Conditions
- Ensure that the items you are returning (if possible) are in their original packaging and that all labels are attached. The barcode on the packaging of the item is necessary for us to process your return.
- You may try on, touch, and inspect an item, just as you would in a physical store. Only use the item as much as necessary, if you are not yet sure if you want to keep it.
